1. Input Pins: VCC1 (pin 2) should be tied to a 3V to 5.5V power source. IN+ (pin 3) and IN- (pin 4) are your noninverting and inverting input pins. These pins will control your output depending on the state of RESAT (pin 10).
2. Output Pins: The VO+ (pin 5) and VO- (pin 6) pins should be connected to your gate and emitter respectively. An external capacitor should also be connected between VCC2 (pin 8) and GND2 (pin 7) close to the device.
3. Desaturation Protection: The RESAT pin (pin 10) should be connected to the collector of your IGBT via a resistor to provide a path for the desaturation current.
4. Fault Status: FAULT (pin 9) is an output pin with an open drain. It will be pulled low when a desaturation fault or under-voltage lockout occurs. This pin can be pulled up to VCC1 using an external resistor and should be monitored for system fault status.
5. Power Supply Pins: VCC2 (pin 8) is the high-side supply voltage pin, which should be tied to a 15V to 30V power source. GND1 (pin 1) and GND2 (pin 7) are the ground pins for the input and output side respectively.
6. NC Pins: Pins 11-20 are not connected pins. They should be left floating.
