1. Power Supply:The L6234PD requires a motor supply voltage (VS) connected to pin 16 and a logic supply voltage (VSS) connected to pin 8. Attach the ground of your circuit to pin 7 and pin 15. Be sure to include decoupling capacitors as suggested in the data sheet to minimize voltage spikes and to provide the instantaneous current required during motor commutation.
