The FT232RL-REEL is a USB to PART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter) interface with an optional clock generator output from TDI. It's commonly used for data transfer between a USB interface and a PART interface.

Here is a typical application circuit for the FT232RL-REEL:

1. USB Connection: Connect a USB type-B connector to the US BDM (Data Minus) and US BDP (Data Plus) pins. A 4.7uF capacitor should be connected to the USB VCC pin for decoupling the power supply.

2. PART Connection: The FT232RL-REEL PART interface typically includes TXD (Transmit Data), RED (Receive Data), RTS# (Ready to Send), and CTS# (Clear to Send) pins. These should be connected to your PART device or a microcontroller's PART interface.
